I will not stay at that hotel again

Stayed for 5 nights and everyday the keycard had to be reset at the counter. I was given only 2 bottles of water instead of one per night. I only had two little cointainers of shampoo instead of 5.

Nice hotel, I have stayed here several times. This time, there was no hot water and no soap in the bathroom. The reservation said breakfast was included but it wad not. Ther offered me the smallest buffet I have ever seen for about $8 use, I declined it and ate elsewhere and had a very good breakfast at a lower price. Its ok to stay here but take your own soap an count on dining elsewhere. The staff were nice except the woman at the front desk. I like the rooms and the wifi works OK though slow at 4mb per second. There is no elevator,you need to go up the stairs....

Great economy hotel a few minutes walk from the caxa bus station. The rooms are recently refurbished the bathrooms are nice and clean. It has Cable tv Lots of stairs and no elevator so not really suitable for the handicapped or those who have trouble walking up stairs. If you lose your key, they will charge $100 Mx or about $6. I didn’t know about that in it left a bad taste in my mouth. The WiFi works most of the time but not all the time. My room did not have air conditioning but I was fine without it. It had an upright fan which kept a cool breeze blowing. Xalapa has a mild climate so it is quite comfortable most of the time without air on. My rate had a continental brake fast included. I kid the $120mx to upgrade to the buffet. DO NOT waste your money, the upgrade was just not worth it. There are plenty of nearly restaurants that offer much better breakfasts for the same price or less! All In all a great place to stay, just don’t lose your key and eat elsewhere and it will be a great stay!

Superaron nuestras expectativas.

Excelente la atención de la chica de recepción. Nos acomodó en una habitación excelente, mejor que la reservación que teníamos. Fue amable, proactiva y genuinamente preocupada por hacer de nuestra estancia más placentera. Las medidas de contención del COVID-19 se llevan a cabo al 100% en este hotel. Es la tercera vez que nos hospedamos aquí y definitivamente lo volveremos a hacer.

igual que en las fotos, las habitaciones excelentes, limpias y amplias, aunque las camas no están en las mejores condiciones. hay mucho ruido por la noche, ya sea por la calle o el salon de fiestas. pero si es recomendado el hotel, excelente atención por los empleados.
