When we first got there, the parking lot was completely full. There are barely any parking spots and if you have a larger vehicle… good luck. We were told to park in the handicap spot because it was the only spot left… We went into the lobby and got our hotel key and directions for getting around. The staff was kind and helpful! As we are walking to our room, the balcony of the second floor feels like you’re going to fall off with how slanted it is. It is sturdy but very very slanted. We get to our room and are immediately greeted by a cockroach right by our bed. I was able to “sweep” it out of the room, down the hallway and then outside on the balcony with our little map/brochure that they gave to us. The water from our sink smelled like sulfur. The room does come with a mini fridge that was clean inside. This was nice because after the cockroach, we didn’t want to leave any of our snacks out and we put everything in the fridge. When we went to bed we plugged our phone chargers into the outlets right by our bed. The outlet by the window worked fine, but the one on the side of the door was wired incorrectly and only worked when you had the bedside light switch turned on. We had to unscrew the lightbulb in order to sleep and have our phones charge by the bed. The bedding and mattress was clean. If you aren’t looking for luxury and are in major desperate need for a place to stay close to Disney land this place will do the job as long as you stay there just to sleep.
