Nice place !

The parking situation is very unclear. There is a small sign far from the lot that warns of towing but nothing in the area where you park. No significant warnings in communications with host.

The room was spacious and clean. Close to new haven union station, yale university and downtown. We enjoyed the pool, gym and the rooftop. Check in and check out process were very smooth. Sarah was very responsive to our questions. Would def stay here again.

Walking distance to everything!

So the hotel is convenient to the highway and restaurants. Check in went fine and the room was clean The mattresses and pillows felt well used and could use replacing in addition the bathroom needs updating. We were disappointed that there was no coffee maker in the room and breakfast did not look appealing although the pastries looked fine but we don’t eat them for breakfast Lastly the road noise was very loud. All in all it was ok for the cost, but I wouldn’t have paid more than the we paid for it

The staff are very welcoming. A small point but the hot water in the bathroom is just warm and takes a time to arrive....
