Formal Letter to Management ​To: Management, Accra Luxury Apartments From: Afia Owusu Subject: Formal Dispute & Final Notice: Unacceptable Stay and Disputed Check-Out Charges ​To the Management at Accra Luxury, ​I am writing to formally place on record my extreme dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay, which fell completely below acceptable hospitality standards from arrival to departure. ​Upon initial check-in, our privacy was severely violated when three hostesses barged into our room unannounced and without permission. Following this, we encountered significant security issues. While your team eventually acknowledged these failures and issued an apology, the full refund requested and promised for the first two nights was never disbursed. ​As a repeat client, this level of service is entirely uncharacteristic and unacceptable. The apartment lacked basic essentials, including adequate towels, a broom, balcony seating, and dining chairs. A simple request for a dish sponge took over four hours to fulfill. Due to these inadequate facilities, a room relocation was required midway through the stay.

Ac works poorly. Micro sized ants in the room,door lock batteries were dying and beeping every 3 minutes. Hot water was always out. Half the food and drinks on menue they were out of. Asked for different room and wasn't switched then finally offered upgrade but wanted above full price. Room was not clean and amenities not up to par.View was excellent but overall need to pass.

Never received breakfast, nor a invitation to have breakfast. Only not pleased. If I received breakfast I would have scored much higher.
