The room were clean, staff was helpful.

We were upgraded to staying at the Victorian Inn- i would highly recommended. The house is charming and located in the historic downtown of Sioux Falls.

The property was clean, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was great and conveniently close to pretty much everything. My only complaint was that there was no microwave in the room. There was also limited parking at the hotel, but they provided us with free parking at a location down the street, which wasn’t too far away. We stayed on the sixth floor, and unfortunately, one of the elevators was out of service during our stay. On one occasion, the other elevator took about 45 minutes to reach our floor. Aside from those issues, everything else was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Clean comfortable room. Door lock was broken and obviously a long term stay place for some. Overall good value for the cost

Very clean, quite and nice downtown location!

I booked a night for my fiance in her name. When she arrived they asked for her credit card for incidentals. She provided it. After she left, she was charged for the room even though it was paid for through Expedia by me. 10 days later this charge is still on her credit card. My fiancee contacted the manager and he was absolutely no help whatsoever. He had no idea what was going on. Could not fix HIS problem. After looking at other reviews. This seems to be an ongoing issue with this hotel. Do not go there. It will be a complete crap show.
