Windermere Vacation Packages

The room was clean… too clean as it smelled like bleach when we got there and had to open the window to air it out. The headboards are quite outdated and tore up with many blemishes. The bathroom is so small that you can barely open it by the toilet. The shower pressure is good. We could hear our neighbors. The staff was friendly upon check in/out. They aren’t there at night though; pitch black in the office so hopefully nothing is ever needed at night. The area is quiet though. It’s located by the Polynesian dinner show and right by Sam’s Club and a few other restaurant/fast food places. Not sure if we will stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay at Westgate Leisure Resort during my business trip to Orlando. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the resort had a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience very pleasant. A special thank you to Oscar at the front desk! He was exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional, always willing to help with any questions or requests. His genuine hospitality really stood out and made my stay even better. Oscar is a great asset to the resort, and I hope management recognizes his excellent service. I would definitely recommend Westgate Leisure Resort to other travelers!

Good save

Hotel was fantastic. The suite was clean and well kept, staff is quick to bring any requested extras like towels. Hot tub and arcade were a huge bonus and much needed. Didn’t use the pool or fire pit but it’s great that it has those amenities plus more. Only minor improvement could be parking but they do have an overflow parking location and a shuttle at least

It is a nice place; there is a lot of places near the hotel, so you do not need to go far away.
