This is my 4th time here, so clearly they are doing something right. I stayed in the Poolview Queen Room (A3) for the first time. It is very similar to the King room next door, which I liked. The property itself is a little run down and could use some love, but the rooms are impeccable, the staff is very helpful, and the location can’t be beat.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Palm Beach. The staff were very kind and helpful. Very close to the beach and they have a car service that can take you around the island which is very convinrent.

This was my first time visiting West Palm Beach, and I came for a job interview. I decided to stay at AKA West Palm, and I’m so glad I did! 10/10 for the customer service, amenities, and cleanliness. The staff was wonderful, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

The furniture is from the 70s, the room was awkward, the bathroom was huge and the rest of the room was small. Check out at 10 AM and housekeeping came in at 7:30 and woke everyone up and then took off their dirty glove and left it in the middle of the bathroom. And then came back at 8:30 asking if we had left yet because they were waiting to clean the room. I’m mistakingly book this hotel thinking it was a different one that was next-door. Front desk staff was extremely nice.
