Ashley Quarters is definitely a place we would stay again. Everyone was amazing from the room to the staff. April takes care of the breakfast area. She is such a sweet hard working lady. The hotel is close to many stores and restaurants. It was surprisingly quiet for being on a main road. We had a full kitchen and nicely stocked with everything we’d need to cook a meal there. There was even a dishwasher. My only negative is that the carpet was very worn but that wouldn’t keep us from staying there again.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. The pool area is great. The room was beautiful and we had a view of the river. Had a great time.

Lady at the front desk was very friendly. Breakfast was really good.

Voco Clair is a modern hotel with a great location. 10 min walk to OTR. Restaurants and shops galore. Our room was very quiet despite being in the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. Checkin / checkout took less than one minute. My kind of hotel!

Had a wonderful stay at 21c Museum Hotel. The staff was exceptional—everyone was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating, always willing to help with anything needed. The property itself is beautiful, with a unique atmosphere that combines a boutique hotel experience with an amazing art museum. The location is also very convenient . Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Our toilet overflowed the first time we moved it. Instead of fixing us, they sent us to another room. When we got to the new room, it was not made up. I went back downstairs and they sent us to another new room. When we got there, it was not made up. Finally they sent the maid down to look through rooms trying to find one that was made up. We spent the night and when we got up in the morning, there was absolutely no hot water to shower. The staff was noticeably embarrassed but not helpful. We checked out immediately following. Absolutely unacceptable.

The A/C either didn’t work or didn’t work well. I told the staff and nothing changed. It was doable but not great.

Great location, picture this victorian house divided into separate units with little living room, kitchen and small bedroom. I loved the choices of colors ( I rented blue unit etc....Now - I am a Mariott card holder and not very experienced with rentals like VRBO etc... which this was like the VRBO type of feeling . I would like the owners to know that the only complain I had was - the bed was a disappointment because it was not a high quality and the sheets were cheap polyester sheets ( I never sleep well using polyester v/s cotton good quality sheets) but the worse was that the pillows were so uncomfortable like they were worn out. I didn't sleep well the first night ,the second night I was so tired that no matter what you say - I just didn't care anymore and crashed down. I was all day out visiting The Ohio State Campus .Overall - it was ok stay and I saved some money booking this Jungle House v/s M Hotel . Jungle House is a sweet concept and the managment was very good about answering my calls when the access code was not working upon my arrival.
