My room was ok. Huge stain in the carpet, but clean otherwise. Horrible smells on the lower level near the exit to the parking.

This is the worst experiene. We booked 9 rooms as a group and one of us will arrive early morning so I booked an extra day for him so he has a place to stay (check in after 4PM). I paid all the room on hotels.com. Guess what, he showed up and this hotel does not want to give the room because "He showed up late without call us to keep the room". This room is already PAID, and the only reason I booked it is for him to check in early morning. They didn't care. And, we have to pay again to get our room back due to this policy. They called it "industry standard" but I never heard of it. Very upset.

I guess you can stay a night

Extremely noise room, we could hear everything above and probably underneath Moving bed every time we sat down, Very clean, staff was amazing but the food was disgusting so don’t eat there, a lot of human and children trafficking signs so kind of made me uncomfortable and feel like it’s not a safe hotel

Never again. Checking in- the 2 people at the desk didn’t crack a smile, not friendly and barely spoke. He didn’t tell me what I was giving my credit card for. Typically front desk people explain everything at check in. I had to ask him how much the hold was for etc. The room- the AC was extremely noisy and rattled every time it kicked on. Also, we had it on 60 degrees and the room stayed extremely hot. Elevator-dirty and didn’t feel safe as you were going up and down. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The property is good for its location. Plenty of dining. It was extremely loud even though we were at the end of the hall. Cleaning staff opened our door at 10 Though check out was 12.

After i checked in and went to my room, they put me in the wrong room. Room service enter my room twice while i was in the room without even knocking first and waiting for me to respond. The toilet kept getting flooded and took them over 30 minutes to get me a plunger.
