Safe yourself the worries… we did not have a good experience… from the time we got to the front desk it was unpleasant. Nothing works properly…from the shower to the room phone the safe lock the AC the ice cream machine always out of certain drinks could never get a reservation at restaurant. Most of the staff is un aware of what’s going on a lot of misleading information, must refill your water bottles or pay extra for water I can go on and on but I will stop here. The only friendly people are the ones that picks up your plate and the people that works with the water activities and our house keeping lady was nice. No smiles no hello no good morning, room service is never available. It was bad go at your own risk if you’re looking to have a good time this is not the place to be

My stay at the Royalton chic was amazing. The food was excellent. The property was nice. The staff were nice. There wasn’t a lot of animals on the property only cats. Great experience had an awesome girls trip there.

Very
