Due to health reasons we had to cancel our trip. I called once to cancel and still received an email about our check in. So I called a second time to be sure the hotel had been cancelled. This time I received an email stating it had been and now I’m sent this survey asking about how our stay was. I’d say there is a lack of communication on your part somewhere!

Best Stay for the Best Price

I always love my stays here. The pool was refreshing and the breakfast was amazing as usual. Very peaceful and comfortable place to stay.

The building was laid out very uniquely, multiple floors, turns, stairs. The were using Dehumidifiers throughout the hotel including in the rooms, the ceiling was sagging outside the room. The commode would not flush.

I’ve stayed here twice because it’s the least expensive somewhat nice hotel near Williamsport. The Little League World Series makes everything else too expensive. The room had a stand alone dehumidifier in it. It filled up in the middle of night so its alarm went off and woke me up. The freezer in the refrigerator needed to be defrosted and kept making a loud cracking noise every thirty minutes or so. The adjoining door didn’t fit well so I could see the room next doors light on. It also didn’t have a dead bolt that I could lock from my side. My side just had a key hole. I could tell it was locked but not sure if the other side had access. I pushed a table in front of it to feel more secure.

Very comfortable. Only minor drawback was the entrance road which was quite bumpy. Also signs saying road does not belong to Quality Inn. Great stay 20 minutes from Williamsport Little League Complex. Very nice breakfast bar.
