When I first got there, they told me they had canceled my reservations because they over booked too many rooms. After a while, and a call to the manager, they finally got me a room. Not the room I had booked. I had booked them no smoking with a king size bed. The whole room smelled like an ashtray along with the hallways in the motel. there was pizza crust on the floor in the hallway across from my room entrance. When I first got to the room, it was standing wide. Open door was not closed. And in checking the bathroom there was no towels in the room. Refrigerator in the room did not work. Definitely my last time at this location.

Went to check in cockroaches were running on the counter pool was empty staff was rude and I still got charged for the rooms stayed at a different hotel

The hotel was extremely clean and looked modern and newly remodeled. The beds are extremely comfortable and staff extremely pleasant. From check in to check out-a positive experience all around. I love that pet fee is reasonable. You cannot beat having your furry friend with you on your travels for only $25 as the hotel is pet friendly . I have enjoyed my stay and will stay again. Even the housekeeping is quiet and respectful and don’t start knocking at 8 am. I actually had a chance to wake up on my own- not due to vacuums going off or housekeeping knocking. I understand housekeeping needs to get done but at some hotels they need to relax and let people sleep in a little. 100% would recommend.

Noisy Spanish music right in front of main entrance. Very loud kids running hallways. Breakfast not kept up with

Got hit with an unexpected refundable fees at check in, stays on carpet in the room, bathroom door broken, no cups in the room, front desk help spoke very little English, parking lot is congested.

Had ants in the room. Pool was closed for maintenance on a holiday weekend. Breakfast was good though.
