Excellent location

They used to have room service, which they no longer have. Limiting the hours any food is available. The staff was friendly and very helpful, but this was one of the key things we count on when my wife and I have a couple couples getaway a bit disappointing

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! NO telling who actually owns this property, you'll never be able to speak to a manager, only an answering service that creates a "ticket" for someone else to process or "investigate". In my case, I spent 1 night by myself. After I checked out I received and email notifying me that "a dog was observed on the premises" during my time there and I was being charged a $50 fee "in accordance with their pet policy." Problem is I did not have a dog or any living being other than myself on the premises. I emailed back telling them this, but no response. After returning home, I called the number they provide for assistance. I got the answering service who kept telling me they "didn't understand" everything I was saying. They asked me to screenshot and text them a photo of the $50 charge. I did this and "someone" (no idea who I'm dealing with) texted me they would review their camera footage. Then they apologized and said the pet fee had been refunded. They sent me a receipt showing my $300 Visa deposit, then a credit to someone else's Mastercard for the $50. They kept saying they sent my refund to my MC, but I did not use a Mastercard. They told me two cards were used. I only used one card. They said they needed to connect with the "team" to verify and they would follow up. Its been a week now, and ZERO follow up, and even worse, I have suddenly received a SECOND $50 charge to my Visa Card. WHAT A BUNCH OF IDIOTS. Turning this over to my attorney.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town. The hotel has a beautiful New Mexico character that feels authentic rather than overly touristy, and the location couldn’t be better for exploring Old Town and the surrounding area. Our room was comfortable and quiet, the property was exceptionally well maintained, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the courtyard and the relaxed Southwestern atmosphere throughout the hotel. What really stood out was how the hotel manages to feel upscale without feeling stuffy. It has a sense of place—you actually feel like you’re staying in New Mexico rather than in a generic hotel that could be anywhere. We would absolutely stay here again. Five stars and highly recommended for anyone visiting Albuquerque.

HORRIBLE place to stay. The hotel was under construction, elevator was dirty, no breakfast, the room had a bad odor, door didn't not locked. Staff was terrible.. I haven't received my $60.00 security deposit and my cancel of $55.00 is not back on my credit card, front desk says, he doesn't know how to work the computer, check on August 15, was about an hour wait.. This hotel is terrible and horrible..
