Wilkes-Barre Vacation Packages

This hotel is really more of an extended stay residence. As such amenities like the pool and continental breakfast are no longer offered. The bed was clean, the rest of the room not so much. Not filthy, just not really clean. The shower wasn't terribly clean and the bathroom was covered in black mold. We have stayed here multiple times in the past but this will be our last visit unless something drastic changes. There are other, better options in the area for a comparable price.

Comfortable and convenient.

Check in was okay but when I got to the room it went downhill shade was broken curtain was ripped off the rod and telephone did not work mind you room was facing parking lot then drove back to the front desk to see if I can switch rooms they told me maintenance has to come to see if they can fix the issue then it took them 45 minutes for them to come they came shade would not come down ripped the curtain off the rod and phone still did not work and they had the nerve to say all fixed went back to the front desk they finally changed my room to willowbrook very bad hotel do not book there horrible

I've stayed at this property a multiple of times and noticed that they need to pay attention to their maintenance. For the most part or stay was pleasant but the furniture is starting to look a little shabby and there was no stopper in the bathtub so we couldn't use it to take a bath. It did seem clean enough.

The women for breakfast was very kind and amazing she went above and beyond... The staff was helpful and thank you for such a pleasant stay... God bless

Didn’t even get to stay. Hotel was without water because of a burst water main and no one called to let me know. Had to find somewhere else to stay last minute that cost double. At least they refunded my stay.

Elevator was beat up and not so clean. Room floor could have cleaner. Bathroom was perfect bedding was perfect.
