Ontvangst was alleraardigst. Hotel zelf is netjes, maar kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Ontbijt is ruim voldoende. Centrum met restaurants is op circa 5 minuten lopen. Parkeren kan langs de straat of tegen een kleine vergoeding op een afgesloten parkeerterrein.

Not great not terrible just disappointing.

The German version of Faulty Towers. No parking on arrival and the room was tired and noisy. The bathroom was huge but very dated and tired. No AC so the bedroom was hot with the windows closed but the outside noise meant it was not possible to open the windows and still sleep.

Mein Zimmer war offensichtlich vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert worden. Deshalb alles sehr sauber und stimmig. Für diese Preisklasse bisher kein besseres Zimmer gehabt. Einziges kleines Manko: Strom ging nur bei eingesteckter Zimmerkarte, Getränke in der Minibar waren also erst einmal nicht gekühlt.

Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstückspersonal hat etwas Haare auf den Zähnen, als man nachträglich noch Frühstück buchen wollte. Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht empfehlenswert. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage zu Innenstadt, 2-5 Min. zu Fuß und dort erreicht man einige Bäcker. Sauberkeit im Hotel war in Ordnung. Der Boden unten am Fenster klebte etwas und auf der Fensterbank lag ein benutztes Handtuch. Leider war die Luftqualität im Zimmer echt schlecht, obwohl wir permanent das Fenster offen hatten.

Keine Fernbedienung für TV bei uns im Zimmer. Keine kurzfristige Lösung möglich so die Antwort der Rezeption. Shampoobehälter leer. Kein Personal in der Rezeption beim Check out.Alter Teppich im Zimmer nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Kein Wasserkocher/ Kaffeemaschine. Diese Punkte überdecken postive Punkte wie recht gutes Frühstück, Minibar mit Willkommensgetränken Gratis.Kuchen und Wasser tagsüber verfügbar in der Nähe der Rezeption ebenso gratis.

Nettes und freundliches aber überfordertes Personal. Selbst nach der Check in Zeit waren die Zimmer noch nicht bezugsfertig. Daher ein kleineres Zimmer bekommen, als gebucht . Lobby und Frühstücksraum modern und neu . Noch Viele Baustellen auf den Gängen. Auch den Brunch würde ich nicht nochmal buchen.
