There were no towels in the room and of course I never realized it till after I finished showering. I called down to the front deck and it took them over 10 minutes to bring me towels and they only gave me two bath towels. No hand towels or face cloths. The lady who brought the two towels told me that they get busy and that’s why there were no towels. At checkout I asked at the front deck what they could do about my experience and they told me nothing but I could send an email to someone else, very disappointed. Also the breakfast was not gluten friendly, only eggs and baked beans were gluten free.

The room and all amenities were comfortable and clean All Staff were courteous and helpful Breakfast was a full buffet. Food was well presented and had a variety of offerings. Location of hotel felt safe, close to various workplaces and the conveniences of downtown. My only critique were the dinner items I chose. 1. Fish and chips. While delicious, the 1 serving of fish was small and overwhelmed by the serving of french fries. I found it overpriced for its serving size. 2. The creme brulet was okay but it was overpriced for the serving size. For supper I was disappointed for its offering and overall quality. Other than my choice for supper, my stay was pleasant.

Clean and great location

Excellent place. Great location, great staff, best breakfast at a hotel in well over a decade in our travels. Would stay here again next time we are in there area without hesitation.

We went there specifically for the waterslide pool, but when we arrived, the slide wasn't working. It was a disappointing experience, especially since the pool slide was the main reason for our visit.
