Fabulous apartment in the heart of Kazimiers! Beautiful and clean. It was really quiet too despite being central and next to bars. Highly recommend. There were a couple of areas where it can be improved; hooks should be provided in bathroom and bedrooms for ease; improve shower to avoid leaks. Staff were very helpful and speedy in responding prior to our stay. However, some details were lost in reality - sofa bed wasn’t prepared as a bed specially after requesting this and being acknowledged. Overall, still a great stay. Thank you.

Excellent location. Everything is within walking distance. It was built in the 14th century, most likely as someone's home. It is a boutique "hotel". The ground floor is a Michelin rated restaurant and the floors above have 1 apartment each. From the outside it looks like you are walking into a restaurant. Very interesting concept. We loved it. Food at the restaurant was amazing. Definitely NOT a tourist trap-like restaurant.

Everything was perfect we couldn't fault anything

Staying here was a terrible experience. Bed is very uncomfortable. The door to the apartment didn’t latch well so it was hard to close. I even came back to my room after an outing and the door was ajar because it didn’t close well. There was no deadbolt to lock it. When I brought up concerns, the staff member was incredibly rude to me and dismissive, which was honestly the worst part of the whole experience. The apartment building is not well maintained and the floors were dirty. Also a smaller thing but there is no separate shampoo and conditioner (just a 3 in one which is not good for your hair!)

The hotel is in a marvellous location next to the Main Square. It is an attractive building with period features. The breakfast was the best I have ever had in a hotel, full of interesting hot and cold dishes. The staff were very helpful. We stayed in the Penthouse, a large apartment sitting on top of the fourth floor. It was very stylishly decorated with areas for the bedroom, living and dining area. Note that the lift only went to the fourth floor so there was a staircase up to the room. Overall a remarkable hotel.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nomadic Urban Suites in Kraków and would happily return. From the moment I arrived close to midnight, the staff were exceptionally friendly, warm and welcoming; always smiling and genuinely happy to help. That warmth really made the stay special. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, particularly the entrance and restaurant area, which have so much character and style. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was another highlight. The selection is huge, fresh and varied, with something for every taste. The team was very accommodating with me on several mornings when I had to leave the hotel before 7:00 breakfast service, and they prepared a breakfast box for me. It was such a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated. The location is right in the heart of Kraków’s beautiful Old Town, with everything just steps away and walking distance to the main train station. Beautiful hotel, fantastic location, excellent breakfast and, above all, truly lovely people. Dziękuję to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I will definitely be back and would recommend Nomadic Urban Suites without hesitation!
