Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet expectations based on what was shown online. The listing advertised clean rooms and a full breakfast, but the reality was quite different. The room we stayed in was not clean, and there was a strong odor of marijuana throughout the downstairs area—both inside and outside the building. The pool area was also dirty and uninviting. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

Holes in wall behind electrical unit. Electrical socket behind bed is firehazard. Holes in Shower Faucet wall. Saw water damage in cielings in certain Hallways. Dirty Elevators, found fries and pizza slice in elevator. It was there overnight. Friendly front desk. Has pool. Bed is comfortable. Free breakfast is medicore.

room 514 had a crumbling ceiling in the bathroom. Switched rooms. then room 523 whole carpet was soaked like a pipe had busted. Refused refund. It’s dirty in the whole building.

The worst experience

It smelled horrible. Was not clean. Ceiling throughout the hotel is falling in from multiple leaks. We did not stay due to the conditions. Found another hotel.

I like that the room was clean. There were some people of bad reputatition in the business closes to the hotel but is not the hotel responsibility. Other than that, stay was good.

Terrible hotel, staff rude, in a terible part of town. There was no blanket on the bed, just multiple sheets. The bathroom was filthy!

Rude staff, unclean, smelled awful. They moved us to a different room on a different floor, but it was still dirty. We had to leave the property in fear of our safety. Called Expedia who refused to help. We spent one night and was not refunded even one cent. We left and went to another hotel for the remainder of our visit.

Someone dumped a pile of towels near our room on Saturday. And it seems odd to have to use your room key to get into the hotel's front door at 10 a.m. Nothing was posted that said you have to do that. And I've been charged $10 for something, but I have no idea what that could have been.

The property was not well maintained and you could see obvious wear and tear that has not been addressed. Also the restraunt is closed for rennovation but it was not apparant that any renovation was actually occuring. Also the room I checked into was also well worn and the cover for the top of the toilet water tank was broken and part of it was missing. I checked out within a couple of hours of checking due to these issues. I was told I would get a refund but it has not yet occured.

This place is a garbage dump

This place is a garbage dump. It was filthy, smelled sour and musty, the man at the front desk is rude, all of the common areas are in very rough and worn shape, the gym is disgusting with broken AC and overflowing garbage can, dirty gym equipment. My room fridge and AC were broken, the floor had not been vacuumed and the carpet was stained.
