The staff at chain did not recognize me as a member of IGH like she did the customer before me. Breakfast needs to be hotter

Ask for a quiet room .

Stayed 1night with my sister . Location was great for where we needed to be .check in was friendly and helpful . We checked in late afternoon. And don’t know if it was the check in time or that I booked through Hotels.com but the room was a bit compromised . It was right by the elevator and the ice machine. This made it difficult for a restful sleep . The ventilation of the AC went on an off throughout the night making it hard to find comfort in sleep for it got warm then cool, warm then cool . The place was clean and the lighting was nice and comfortable . The shower faucet leaks a bit but everything else worked well . Beds were comfy, breakfast was good , employees were nice .

The room was very clean. It is starting to show some wear in places. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. There were several restaurants close by. The breakfast at the hotel was good. The second morning there the food was not getting switched out when it was getting low. Overall, it was a good place to stay.
