AC couldn’t keep up. Our first room smelled Like old smoke so they moved us. Bathroom has mold on grout that needs updated and carpet is coming up in areas. Stain on small couch and shower very old such as bottom pan creaked with movement. Toilets old and stained. Marks on wall in bathroom. Breakfast was good and staff was accommodating.

This location had many interior (room) and exterior areas of the building in disrepair. There is obvious and wide spread neglect in maintenance and upkeep, the worst being the sagging mattresses with springs about to poke through. Cleanliness was acceptable. We will not stay again.

Having never been to this location before, I was pleasantly surprised by the area. I didn't want to stay in downtown Wichita, so I opted for this hotel hoping for a quieter experience and I was not disappointed. The hotel is very close to amenities, so things like gas stations and restaurants were easy to find and quick to drive to. And although it's close to restaurants and shopping outlets, the hotel is set back from the main road, which makes it very peaceful. My room was clean and quiet. Water in the shower got hot quickly and the thermostat worked great. Bed was very comfortable. Did not eat the breakfast so I can't leave a review on that. If I'm ever traveling through Wichita again, I would absolutely book another stay here. Thank you for a smooth and relaxing experience!
