Room needed repairs. Fridge leaked melted ice onto floor. Room was not serviced in 4 days I was there. No ice bucket in room. No breakfast. They charge full amount when you check in. Can not shorten departure, no refund for a shortened stay. Towels are cheap and rough.

1. ROOM ACESS CARD READER WAS NOT WORKING. AT CK-IN WE WERE ISSUED THE ONLY MASTER KEY FOR THIS FACILITY. I WAS NOT COMFORTABLE WITH THIS.
2. HANDICAP EMERGENCY BUTTON IS IN THE HALLWAY NOT IN THE ROOM.
3. THE BED SETS WAY TOO TALL FOR HANDICAP WHEELCHAIR ACCESS.
4. THE DOOR NEAREST THE HANDICAP PARKING IS LOCKED AT NIGHT. YOU HAVE TO ENTER THROUGH THE FRONT ENTRY. I UNDERSTAND THIS FOR SAFETY, SECURITY PURPOSES. BUT THE HANDICAP PARKING SHOULD BE MOVED TO THE FRONT.
5. THE HOST CAME TO OUR ROOM WITH US & TURNED ON THE AC UNIT. IT DID NOT WORK. HE TOLD US THE REPAIR MAN WOULD BE DOWN SHORTLY. HE WAS & REPLACED THE UNIT. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN TURNED ON EARLIER.
6. EXPEDIA AD LISTED BREAKFAST. THERE WAS NONE.
7. THE FRIDGE BARELY COOLED.
8. IT TOOK FOREVER TO GET HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER.
**GOOD POINT* THE HOSTS WERE NICE
All I did was take a shower and when I got out I notice black ants on the toliet. All I needed to see. I packed up an left, didn't sleep there or anything, will never stay here again.
Worst stay ever, one of our rooms smelled like a dead animal was there. The service person sprayed something but the smell was there, also they didnt have keys for our room. The service person personally had to open our door eveytime we step out. We want our money back.
Customer service was decent, but the room was not clean, bathroom was dirty, no tv service air conditioner was not working well, mop pieces all over the floor and the whole room was dusty. Will definitely never stay here again.
I can't remember ever staying in a hotel quite this bad. First the good news: The location is great for my trip, being right across the street from Wesley Medical Center. The water pressure in the shower was adequate. The rental rate is half of that of the closest hotel. The heater/AC unit seems to work reasonably well.
But the not so good news: There were no wash cloths to use. The bathroom sink does not drain. There is to screen or plug in the bath-tub drain, just a hole for the water to drain through. The water for the shower eventually got warm, but not hot as I would like. The smoke alarm low battery piercing beep started going off every 30 seconds at 2:30 in the morning. I called the number on the window at the front desk, but it is now 7 hours later and I still have no response from the hotel staff. The room is quite dirty, but not surprising since I noticed the carpet in the hallway has obviously not been vacuumed in quite some time.
This place has gone down hill it used to have the basics and now you can even see the dust where it doesn’t even get proper cleaning. Bed spreads are the exact same from 15 years ago. Very discussed and upset with the room. Will never stay here again would rather sleep in my car.
