The attitude I got from the current management / ownership is that they just aren't going to invest in the place, either with money or caring. Apathetic and dismissive come to mind as descriptive words. Too bad because it used to be a good place.

The room smelly musty always. We choose this location based on “shuttle to the airport” service and that service was not provided. Lastly, the exterior doors stayed unlocked all night.

The door battery went out and we weren't able to open the door. The staff werent able to change the battery and we had to wait for maintenance to arrive for the day to open our door. We were delayed on our trip by over an hour, luckily we weren't flying that day.

Great room for the price

I did not have breakfast, but my husband said it was good. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc. The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive. This is an older hotel that is a bit worn, but I didn't have any complaints about cleanliness. It was a great room for the price.

Coffee machine in room. Fridge with freezer in room. A/C could not regulate. It would turn on, get cold in room, turn off, get hot in room. All night. Turning on and off all night was disturbing. Breakfast was great-scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, muffins, toast, yogurt.
