Staff is very friendly and helpful. Got woke up by the cleaning people at 9:30 even though I had a do not disturb sign on my door. Not a big deal but you got to remember. People are from different time zones so that was early for me. All in all stay was good. I will definitely be returning when I come to Wichita again.

I do not recommend this hotel. Rooms were hot. Grab bar in shower was broken. Tub does not drain well. The listing said there was laundry on site, there was not.

Nice hotel, but the room had a empty coffee cup and someone else’s room key in it when I checked in. The tv didn’t work and the AC had issues keeping up. The shuttle driver was awesome and the front desk staff were friendly.

The air conditioning in the room is terrible! I set the A/C as low as it would go and it never cooled down even though the compressor cycled. It was a bad stay and not comfortable at all! I overheard other guests complaining about the same issue. The hotel “looks” good with a recent refresh but they really need to upgrade the in room A/C! Also, I booked through hotels.com and paid at the hotel with a card not on file with hotels.com. I was charged on both cards and currently awaiting a resolution from corporate.
