The sink was clogged, the toilet paper holder was broken, the door to the closet was not on track. The carpet was sticky and the sofa seat had a few stains. The TV didn't work, until i fixed it. The employees were very friendly.

Hotel is showing its age. Two of us stayed three nights. Our room was not cleaned after the first night. After requesting clean towels, I was given one wash cloth. Had to push to get a second. Next morning, I requested the manager make sure our room was cleaned. It was cleaned, but we received one wash cloth. Manager says the maid staff only speaks Spanish and the managers do not. I took additional towels from the gym.

Staff was accommodating as the first room we booked in had no air conditioning. They switched our room almost immediately. Somewhat frustrating that you couldn't use the key card to enter the back door.

It's nothing like pictures on Expedia. Ran down and everything is dirty . We switched rooms, room was okay. But the halls carpet was very dirty. I don't know how this place gets an 8.4 star rating.

False advertising!!!

False advertising. I was charged for the room but I didn’t stayed. This hotel is advertised has a pet friendly hotel and when I arrived it turn out that they don’t allow pets even though my was a service dog. I was so annoyed and mad at what the hotel attendant suggested me to do with my dog. He actually suggested for me to leave my dog in the car overnight and to take turns checking on him. I was so distraught by what he said that I booked a room in a different hotel.

Mostly not maintained, missing and broken items in both rooms we used. In hotel lobby by elevator the table is broken do not lean on . Hotel aisles are mildew smelling. How this rated as a 4 star is surprising after staying here. I’ll have too research more on hotels I use through this app. Stayed cool and slept okay. Only a one day stay.
