6 am, fire alarm went off. Phone in room didn't work. Seemed that homeless individuals lived in the hotel. Note on glass front door seemed to indicate that Poor front desk presence. Parked van with name of hotel on it, but told they don't offer service to and from airport which would have helped us. It was in an unsafe part of town. bad lighting. Breakfast was questionable. I will never book at a Best Western PLUS. Horrible experience. I am sorry I picked it out of what seemed to be better options. Expedia should not list them. honestly.

The room has a smell of mildew, there were no towels or wash cloths for showers in the room. At approximately the front desk called our room at 1:30 AM and ask for someone else. At 6:15 AM the smoke alarms went off for no reason and could not make contact at the front desk because the clerk was the only one in duty and had to get the breakfast ready.

The sink was clogged, the toilet paper holder was broken, the door to the closet was not on track. The carpet was sticky and the sofa seat had a few stains. The TV didn't work, until i fixed it. The employees were very friendly.

Hotel is showing its age. Two of us stayed three nights. Our room was not cleaned after the first night. After requesting clean towels, I was given one wash cloth. Had to push to get a second. Next morning, I requested the manager make sure our room was cleaned. It was cleaned, but we received one wash cloth. Manager says the maid staff only speaks Spanish and the managers do not. I took additional towels from the gym.
