Excellent location, comfortable setup

We came for the Telluride Film Festival and were, overall, quite pleased. The only minor problem was getting in the front door the first night so we just left it unlocked the entire time. The king bed was very comfortable, bathrooms were nice & clean, and kitchen was perfect. Wasn't sure about using the hot tub or not.

House was in excellent condition! Each bedroom had its own bathroom

A bit confused in terms of the staff communicating with each other and following through....the room was noisy with some sort of electrical transformer making a ton of noise. We were moved to a ADA room that faced the courtyard and it was also loud with kids playing on the grass area until 10:00 at night. The ac sounded like wall units at the motel 6, basically unusable. Food was fair at best and overpriced.
