Room had ants, WiFi doesn’t work, had no paper towel in the room we spilled water on the floor we had nothing to wipe off with, fridge very weak it took until the next day to cool my water, one small cup coffee maker the other person had to wait forever to get coffee, pool had no light it was dark

Great Restaurant attached and location. Rooms are nice. Shower needed a little more cleaning detail.

Unfortunately didn’t get much time to use the pool as we were out at the parks. Everything was very clean and staff extremely helpful. AC unit in room was unfortunately very loud but an older style unit. For myself there was a lack of choice at breakfast as I have coeliac disease so need gluten free options- I did get fruit but no cereal or choice of bread. Would definetly stay again and recommend to friends.

The rooms are clean. The amenities are excellent. The hospitality of the transports are great.

The staff was incredible, amenities were spectacular, Amber the front desk manager went above and beyond to make this an incredible and memorable experience. We’re already booking a block of rooms for next year.
