We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the entire property was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable throughout our visit. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Pool was awesome.Villa was beautiful. We couldn’t enjoy the waterpark because it was closed for most of our stay. I wish we would have known this before booking.

We stayed for 2 nights, 2 adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed having the twin beds vs a bed to share for the kids. Property was very clean. We stayed in tower B, very quiet. I originally picked this location because of the shuttle to Universal, however after arriving the times were not what we were looking for so we used an uber, still less than parking at Universal. We did use the cafe one morning for breakfast and coffee, and the lobby to eat at, all very clean. We also ate at Uno one night and Yardhouse another, both easy to get to. It was too hot to walk to, parking was easy, and again Uber an easy option to.

Love the westgate we always stay here but it was the first time I asked for a shower bathroom instead of a hot tub I had a hard time getting in and out due to my knee and was told all rooms have hot tubs.???? Wondering why if I was disabled no rooms to accommodate??? It still won’t stop me from staying at the westgate thanks

Amazing! Seeing the animals from our balcony was a plus. The pools were also amazing! My kids had a blast. Loved this resort!

Room stinks To much hassle to clean your room

Clean room. Helpful, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Starbucks was open. Many shops, stores and restaurants nearby. Great Asian takeout located in the Florida Mall. Ample parking.
