This was a beautiful hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only downside was that it appears to be a wedding factory. The problem is that they used the lobby for each wedding(3days in a row). The restaurant was fabulous!

Great location close to all the action on Broadway. Room was nice, even without windows on the interior room. Staff was helpful. All access went thru an app which worked well enough, though it did quit working one night and I had to re-check in to get it working again. Would recommend if visiting Broadway is your plan.

The rooms have there own style

Hotel location is great, love the pool area although the pool was a bit dirty my last visit. Rooms are large and quiet I didn't hear anything from hallway or neighbors. Staff was very nice however at the end of my stay I needed a luggage cart. I went to lobby there were none available I asked front desk for one and they told me if I didn't see any then they were in use or in hallways. I asked if a staff member could get me one and was told no they don't do that. I had to search all available floors I could access for a luggage cart with no luck. My party had to make multiple trips from the 10th floor to lobby. The hotel over all is great I do feel they nickle and dime you though. The destination resort fee of $50 is a joke. The parking is valet and through a 3rd party so you have to pay them separately they were fast and very friendly.
