We were happy with our stay but a little disappointed that we did not get the King size bed that we had booked through Hotels.com. We did not realize until we were getting in bed that it was not a King size bed as we went out for dinner shortly after checking in and did not notice. I mentioned to front desk on checkout this morning that it was not a king size bed but no real explanation was given as to why. Other than that, it was a nice hotel

It was a quiet and cozy stay with a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Miles and John we're very helpful with the sign-in process. Will definitely stay again when we're back to Edmonton

Very pleasant stay. Friendly staff. Water pressure was a little low but our room was excellent.

The room was ok, but the AC did not work and the offer to change rooms came so late as to be useless. We had a terrible breakfast, the coffee from the comon pot had a slippery guey mass in it. Pretty disgusting.
