White Sulphur Springs Vacation Packages

Have stayed many times. Was never perfect, but was convienent, clean, affordable, everything you want for a 1 or 2 night stay. But....this trip? Probably the last 1 I will spend at Heritage Inn. The service from the desk clerk, to the Manager who couldnt be bothered to come and help solve the issue (The hotel did not have my prepaid reservation.) Manager and desk clerk basically said its your problem, figure it out. When I returned to the desk after "figuring it out" the clerk basically ignored me.

Absolutely incredible experience!!! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the scenery and setting of the ranch was worth far more than they are charging! You are walking distance to a trailhead behind the property and occasionally you get to see rancher drive a team of horses across the property! The breakfast was excellent and complementary. My cabin was extremely clean and cozy. I 100% will book this place in the future! Also, it is only minutes from Big Sky downtown center! Shoutout to Emily who was my waiter for dinner on the property. She was so very kind and professional!
