I decided to extend for another day so when i called before my reservation, they said that they'll deal with the extension in person instead. When i got there, the front desk person asked me to just book it online and they'll link it for me. I thought that was such an easy check-in. However, on the second day, my hotel card stopped working and TV kept turning off. The housekeepers also kept wanting to do a checkout clean. All of it was an easy fix, however, completely avoidable. It seems like something was missed along the way. Also the bed has a huge sag in the middle of the mattress. It was a bit uncomfortable.

Everywhere in the Westin was lovely except the room. We were in a studio two queens room in the West Tower and were really disappointed on how worn the furnishing were. There were huge scratches in the faux leather headboards, the vent in the ceiling was bent / warped, the bathroom door needed a lot of force to close, there was a huge chip out of the mirror in the bathroom and the list goes on. If we hadn’t paid $600/night in the off season, it would be less disappointing, but for the cost I expected more (especially at a Westin). The complimentary breakfast buffet was the standout of the experience at the Westin. We loved it.
