Lovely quiet forest setting. Slightly away from the tourist bustle of the village but a few min ask from lost lake, and easy drive to all the lakes & parks around Whistler in the summer.

I liked how close it was to Lost Lake so lots of opportunity for walking and biking. The room was beautiful and comfortable.

Overall good, just not the greatest unit.

I love Lost Lake Lodge and Whistler Premier has been great. This particular unit was not in the best condition and had some repairs required. Also, the pool was closed during my stay but I was not made aware prior and another unit, just below mine, was getting renovated so the sounds of saws and other construction could be heard during the day. The cleanliness was great and the staff at the front desk were great also, I will potentially chose a different unit next time.

The location of this hotel is excellent—quiet, walkable, and close to Lost Lake with plenty of outdoor activities in the park and close by. However, the cleanliness of our unit was a major issue. It was so poor that we purchased our own cleaning supplies to sanitize the bathroom and kitchen before feeling comfortable using them. We brought this to the attention of the front desk, but the response was indifferent and unhelpful. The deck and BBQ were also noticeably dirty, and we chose not to use them because of the condition. Another concern was the bike storage. While the hotel advertises having it, the space was overcrowded and poorly maintained. As cyclists with valuable equipment, we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our bikes there and opted to store them with a friend instead. It’s a shame, because the setting is great—but the cleanliness, service, and bike storage situation really need attention.

There was no hot tub this week. While I appreciate things break there was no attempt to try and find an alternative at another place. Parking is 25 dollars a day for onsite parking that’s robbery when there is parking for all units in the complex. There was very limited cleaning items and when we asked for another dish towel we were told sorry they don’t have. The tvs in the unit are very old and small. Kitchen poorly equipped When you are paying top dollar for a place I don’t expect to be nickeled and dimmed for parking and to have no service at all
