I Loved the stay!. It’s an older property, but well maintained. Spent only one night there, so I didn’t take advantage of the amenities unfortunately. My room overlooked the Whistler village which was awesome. Shopping and restaurants were steps away as well. I really liked the room layout, mine was a loft style apartment with everything included such as a hot water kettle, utensils, coffee machine, plates and glasses to use, also pots and pans for guest use.which I thought was a bonus touch. A refrigerator was also included as well as a microwave. The unit came with a two element modern stove. Overall all the room had everything you would need to eat in!. The only issue was that the sink in the bathroom was plugged. Maintenance arrived and fixed the issue quickly. The water pressure for the shower was adequate, however it took some time to get the hot water flowing. The hotel front desk advised that this was a normal issue given the age of the building. It wasn’t really a big deal though. It was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely go there again!!!!

The service this hotel from all staff memebers was beyong amazing. The hotel upon entry was very clean, spacious and better than expected. I'm very happy staying here for 3 nights close to all amenities within walking distance. I will definitely be staying here again.

Wanted a little getaway for my mother's birthday. The first room we booked was nice but the bed was a tight squeeze. Hard to get in and out. I asked the front desk if there was any other room with a slightly different configuration. They had another room available but to help accomadate us a bit more they were able to just upgrade our room. It was a nice little treat. The staff was extremely nice and helpful with everything. Also love where the hotel was situated. Was really easy to get to the trails, and to the resturants. I would stay there again.

Had a great stay here, the staff was friendly and accommodating. They were nice enough to extend our check out and parking. The room had a comfy at home feel and I would recommend to stay here again. It is also close to the gondola's which is a bonus!

We stayed in the Queen loft. The bathroom was tight. We asked for some additional pillows which they were unable to provide. It rained one evening when we were there and they also didnt have any extra umbrellas either. The front desk staff was welcoming. The remote for the tv was glitchy, maybe needed some new batteries. Everything was steps away and extremely convenient.

Hello, staying in this hotel was wonderful the atmosphere and the people were nice but the bed and the pillows were dirty which makes me question how often the bed sheets and the pillow sheets gets washed because many people sleep on those beds.
