Overall, the stay was fine. I like it there. The only thing that happened that really bothered me was on the Saturday night, we went to the hotel lobby to play some games at the big table they have down there. After all, you would think the table and furniture is there for guests to use and enjoy, and we wouldn't want to play games in the room with like 8 people as we wouldn't want to disturb anyone. Last year for my birthday we went up and stayed there, and used that table and space specifically for that and it was a fantastic time. Which is why we chose to stay there again. But...we went down to lobby, and were sitting there, enjoying outselves, and at like, I dunno, around 10:45 or something like that, whatever time it was. Maybe 11, I am not sure, the front desk guy comes out of the back room and decides to shut all the overhead lobby lights off on us. We were all like, what the heck! We were all just really shocked at that. Here you have guests, using the facilities and table and chairs that you have set up, that is supposed to be for guests, and he shuts it off and puts us in the dock. NOT impressed at all, whatsoever. We were going to make an annual thing of this, to get together and stay there, as we really liked the place for that exact reason. That great lobby area where we could use the space. But if that is what is going to happen, not sure we want to stay there next year. Was very very rude and disrespectful and not the way to give a good guest exp.
