Rooms were clean but felt like they could use some deep cleaning and touch-up paint. We received an upgrade which I appreciate but the outside noise was loud at times. The front-of-house staff was very nice and welcoming. However, housekeeping was extremely rude and disrespectful. In addition to the attitude and off-brand remarks, she refused to replenish towels and/or soap and shampoo products and ultimately left her cleaning spray bottle in the bathroom for us to deal with. Besides that, I did have an unfortunate issue with an unhoused individual that managed to somehow sneak their way into the lobby (despite the requirement of a keycard) before ultimately cursing and chastising me and my wife for not helping her out with money all in front of and within the purview of the hotel manager (who sadly did nothing other than issue an apology after the incident). The location and proximity to everything were the highlight for me, but I most likely will not be staying here again.

Had a wonderful trip. The suite was immaculate and very clean. The granoble house gets a 5 out of 5.

Super cool, friendly staff .. best stay in Nola

Need some updated rooms old but clean

Check out the Hyatt House when traveling to New Orleans. Staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. A call was also placed to the room after check-in to ensure the room met expectations. Strongly recommend the high floor for an amazing view of the city that come alive at night. Breakfast was also enjoyable with plenty of options to choose from. You will most certainly be satisfied with your stay. Until next time New Orleans...
