The wife and I spent 4 nights at this hotel and we had a wonderful experience just like the one in niagara falls this past July where we also stayed andhas become our #1 choice for futuretrips. The front end workers were very nice all Asians and the rest of the other workers are latinos mostly Mexican. All workers are 5 star rating and very helpful with your needs. Rooms are good size we had a king size bed. We arrived 1030 am the first day from our early flight in LAX and asked if there was a room ready since 3pm is check in and the staff had no problem getting a room that early on a Wednesday. Our trip was from Wed Sept 17 to Sept 21 2025. I kept reading comments how the dog pound or dog facility next to the hotel was loud due to dog barking but we were so tired that we didn't hear them. At night it is all quiet no barks and during the day we could hear them some times but we were out all day. The hotel has on one side 3 floors and the other 2 floors. Westminster street has a lot of traffic during the day and cars since it is close to highway 405 which is a major highway south to Mexico and San Diego and to a big plaza. I also read that the breakfast was poor but we found it to be good with all the essentials like pancake makers (2), sausage and scrambled eggs sections, orange and apple juice and bread with coffee and cereal were good.
