Friendly staff. Good breakfast

I called them to let them know I had been bitten by bed bugs while staying at the property and was told to write an email. I wrote an email and received no response about remediation. I have stayed several times and never had issues but I definitely got bed bugs here this last time. Very unfortunate.

Clean room and friendly helpful staff

Nice hotel with lots of amenities. The only thing is our toilet doesn’t flush on our last day.

Easy check-in and friendly, welcoming staff. The room was clean overall, but the carpet felt a bit odd—almost sticky. It may have just been recently steam cleaned and not completely dry, but it was noticeable I had to wear my shoes. The complimentary breakfast was decent, with eggs, French toast, sausage, and potatoes, so there were enough options to start the day. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good service, and I’d stay here again.
