The staff was amazing and the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Girls at the front desk were so kind and helpful. Thanks for let me have a late check out. Room and all hotel was clean, good job housekeeping! Only what is obvious- the hotel is old, carpets, rooms, especially a mattress- my goodness, I had a king room - the mattress is so terrible! This is the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on. It gave me a bad night's sleep. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to sleep on old, uncomfortable mattresses.

Very Clean and friendly

Nice hotel with lots of amenities. The only thing is our toilet doesn’t flush on our last day.

Room clean, beds very comfortable. Toilet did not flush properly. Asked for it to be fixed which they tried to do but clearly did not investigate properly as still not working by check out time. Also specifically chose this hotel for waterside. When we got there it was out of order so quite disappointed

Rooms were average but clean. Kids enjoyed the pool
