The staff was okay it was the property it’s self. We can start by the fact as soon as we walked in and turned the lights on we saw roaches crawling everywhere. The windows are the the small ones that are open at the bottom and it’s extremely hot in the room. The windows also had plants coming into the room from the outside. We got a 2 queen bed room and the room was closed halfway and while one side of the room had an ac the other room was extremely hot. The whole place also smelled extremely bad. The parking situation was horrible as well there are limited spots and when it was raining no one opened the gate in the morning so that we could go back in and we didn’t have a space to park. Overall I would not book. The only good thing was that it was close by to SoFi Stadium.

They charge for parking, which was a bit of a surprise! But overall the place was very nice and quiet and in good shape. The kiosk check in was kinda different, but worked great. We loved the beverage machines! I would definitely stay here again.

During Disney trips, I use hotel rooms primarily to sleep and shower, so Kings Inn Anaheim was a good choice. The biggest complaints about the room were the lack of wall power outlets and the lack of comforters on the beds. All the power outlets except one were through the lamps, and they did not work consistently. It was also weird to not have something thicker than a blanket on the bed. Something the staff was amazing at was accommodating us when our neighbor had their TV blasting throughout our first night, and we could not sleep; I called the front desk, and they not only addressed the issue via phone call to that room, but also had security on the grounds wander by the room throughout the night to make sure they kept the volume down. Overall, I would stay again but want to make sure others understand this place has the basic amenities.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this hotel due to a complete lack of basic amenities and helpful service. My flight out of LA was late at night, well after the 11:00 AM checkout time. When I asked to leave my bags for a few hours, I was told that my luggage was "not their problem." Basic luggage storage is a standard service for almost any hotel. If a property does not offer it, that policy absolutely needs to be clearly advertised at the time of booking so guests can plan ahead. Because the hotel hid this information, I was forced to waste my precious last day in LA dragging my heavy bags all the way to a downtown storage facility at an extra, unexpected expense. The hotel's total lack of accommodation and dismissive attitude completely ruined the end of my trip. I will not be staying here again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere if you expect basic hospitality.
