The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

Rough start , I was given a twin room when I arrive instead of double room . I was put to an extension building outside the hotel . Next day I spoke to the Asian lady ( general manager) the most unhelpful manager I’ve meet . Never listen to me and she needed a customer service training - smile atleast and listen . Nice hotel but manager is a let down .

Standard Mercure. Area not great but close to railway station. Very clean and tidy

Our experience in Bruges has been magnified by our stay in this extremely cosy hotel, next door to this beautiful city. Thank you for the Chocolates, and the staff profesionnalism. I'll certainly come back next time in Bruges.

Our stay at Juliana Hotel Brussels was wonderful! The front desk staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The dinner at the restaurant was absolutely spectacular, and the breakfast was honestly amazing — everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. The hotel has a great atmosphere and excellent service overall. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely return!

Nice hotel overall but the very slow restaurant service let it down massively

Perfect hotel in the perfect location

Wonderful old structure built in 1472. Well kept and super friendly staff. Two blocks off the tourist path so quite but close to restaurants. Does have stairs to climb to lobby and to room. Most atmosphere of any hotel we stayed.
