At check-in, I was advised I would be charged $21 per day for use of "amenities" (i.e., the pool, etc.). When I stated I would not be using any amenities I was told essentially, "tough luck" as they charge it to everyone anyway. Then the young girl at the front desk proceeded to put me in a room that was occupied. There are two doors to enter your room and after finally getting the key to somehow work on the first door I called the front desk and they assured me someone would come up with new room keys so I could enter my room. After waiting another 15 minutes or so, and trying the room key, a lady opened the door to my room--from the inside! No one ever came to help as I was told. I went back to the front desk and an elderly lady advised that they had no more rooms of the type I had paid for so she upgraded me to a suite. Very helpful was the elderly lady--very poor service from the young girl behind the desk.

The cornel Inn is terrific! Great location near tanglewood, shops snd restaurants. Great breakfast

Quite comfortable. Better-than-most value compared to many over-priced rates at nearby accommodations.

Room Was clean and staff was friendly

Nothing like the pictures. No staffs to receive you, you have to call a phone number. The place is old and outdated.

The room was neat and had access to outside to enjoy sitting. The fridge in the room was a convenient size for cold and frozen foods. The staff was responsive to issues, even when I told them they could wait to fix it until after we left (it was fixed quickly. The breakfast was excellent and offered a nice variety. Would happily stay here again.
