I was concerned when I first pulled in, looks like a classic motel from a 90’s movie. But I enjoyed the clean well space room. We had multiple rooms and none of TV’s worked properly. But I wasn’t there to watch tv so I didn’t mind. Stuff happens. I recommend it for the price. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Don’t judge a book by its cover.

The clerk at the desk was too busy on his phone to deal with me and my booking. Then they added charges not listed on Expedia. I felt like I was being scammed with extra fees for my dogs. Even trying to add rooms to make the excess dogs fees not being more than the room charges. Overall this is not a pet friendly hotel. They make it seem like they have you at a disadvantage and can overcharge any amount they choose. i would not recommend this location for pet owners.

I visited with family and we really liked this hotel. Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. The room was small but clean, especially the bathroom which I appreciated. The beds were soft and comfy and the breakfast was a really nice perk. The only thing we didn’t care much for was the pool. It was very very small and had no indoor lighting. It was gloomy that day and it just felt kind of weird. I don’t really blame the hotel for that, but it could use an upgrade. All in all we would stay there again if we were in the area.

Good: Nice area, easy to find, reasonably convenient location, helpful staff, great price, great parking, good diners nearby, good AC. BUT, room very musty, smelled of urine, very hot on arrival (AC off and window with holes in bent screen open), door jamb split as if it had previously been forced open, puddles in bathroom. I like simple, inexpensive, funky motels when I just need a place to sleep but this was smelly and seemed poorly maintained.
