The property was good the staff was warm and welcoming. We booked our room last minute and the only room left for our family of 4 was a king beg and a pull-out/couch bed. The couch bed was the most uncomfortable bed for our kids. The kids ended up sleeping in bed with us. The property was wonderful, but the room was very dusty as if it wasn't cleaned a while. All in all, it was just a one night stop and served it's purpose.

Front desk was very courteous. Room and entire hotel was clean. Breakfast was wonderful with a great variety. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Good hotel

Had to go ask to get towels, twice. Then when I got them it was only towels no rags. Then I had to go ask for a trash bag so I could take my trash out, this was day 2 of 3. Also they had storms come through and it was over 100° with the heat index, and the power went out. You would think it being a major hotel chain they would have a backup generator. We were on the top floor and the window barely opened. 5 of us including 3 kids. And when the power went out, the staff was nowhere to be found. Nobody checked on us when the power went out, nobody offered to do anything. Definitely won't be staying there again.

The staff was tremendous. They had a burst pipe of some sort and had the plumber on site when I checked in around 5-6 PM. The water was shut off at that time. They calmly explained what had happened, what they had done about it, and the estimated time the repair would be complete. When that happened, earlier than the estimated time, they notified the guests. It was a really good piece of work by the staff!!

Elevator not working.

This place is a dump with good service and okay food. When I come back I will likely stay somewhere else as there is a parkade across the street that can be parked at to access Cleveland Clinic

Air conditioners are loud and make it hard to sleep at night since they turn on and off repeatedly. Even when I turned mine off, I could hear the neighbour's through the walls.
