Staff are super frienfly esp.Raychel server from the breakfast and the front desk ash cash .They have really good staff in Marriot fairfield west kelowna.The room is what I expected it was clean and the call us everyday if we need something. The pool and the hot tub was good including the gym.I will come back in this hotel if I visit Kelowna again.

Great hotel! We really recommend to stay there. Stuff was amazing, very friendly. We had a dog with us and hotel is great for animals very pet friendly. Room was clean and very comfortable. We will come back!

breakfast has too few options - dense bagels no healthy bread option, high sugar content yogurt and not enough fruit options. checked in at 5pm and really needed a hot tea after a day of travel - hotwater carafe in lobby empty. just little things like a cup of hot tea make it a 5 star rating instead of a four.

Check-in (Expedia) was easy. Rooms were fresh and clean. Staff were friendly and responsive to any requests. The indoor waterslide was great! The hot tub was nicely hot. Take care in the bathtub; the bottom was quite slippery. (A tub mat and grab bars at both ends would be great safety improvements.) A good location for back-to-school shopping!
