The hotel was in a great location to take in the Canada Day celebrations at the Forks. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.

I recently stayed at the Wyndham hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The towels in the room were full of hair, which was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic. Throughout the night, there were fights in the hallway, making it impossible to get a proper rest due to the constant noise and disturbance. To make matters worse, the receptionist was incredibly rude and wouldn’t even make eye contact when speaking to me, leaving me feeling dismissed and unwelcome. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel based on my experience.

We were very impressed with this motel. Clean, modern room, great breakfast with many choices, and accomadated our two dogs so well!

Didn’t appreciate the $100 damage deposit collected at check-in. Sure its returned but at the bank’s timing, not the hotel’s. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, in a lot of different countries and haven’t encountered this before. Also in our room, found a sticky mess on floor beside the bed. We won’t be back.

There was a rainstorm during our stay and our window started leaking. I tried to call the front desk but they wouldn't answer so I went down to the desk and told them the area above the window was leaking dirty brown water all over. They told me they already knew it was a problem and couldn't fix it. I asked to get another room and they told me they didn't have any available so they gave me one little towl to try to stop the leak.
