Location was great walking distance to many things. Right on beach and if you didn’t like beach they had a pool. If I had to give one negative there was no housekeeping. If we wanted fresh towels we had to get them at front desk and drop off dirty ones ourselves in baskets stationed throughout location. We were there a week and room could have used a vacuuming due to beach sand but that didn’t happen. In their defense I never asked them to come in but you would figure they would come in at least once during the week to do a light cleaning. Staff was very friendly and good at restaurant was very good. There was even live music on Friday night on their patio which happened to be right outside our porch of our room. I would stay there again but may ask them to do a quick cleaning at least once during the week.

I don’t usually critique a hotel this hard but when a property deems itself worthy of a price point over $500 per night when all is said and done I want the hotel to be worth that, and it wasn’t!! Let’s begin with the check in, the hotel made it seem as if it was near the downtown attractions, it wasn’t. I was supposed to have a bottle of wine upon check in, I had to ask for it several times. The resort fee claims to provide water, coffee, etc. I guess that would be great if they even made an attempt to clean your room. We left for church around 10:30 am and got back around 7 pm and the room was never cleaned. Now I’ll just list the other inadequacies of a property with this kind of price point, A/C was in a box and didn’t properly cool the room, resort fee for a small pool and no other resort features ($51 per night), hallways were bleak dark and dirty, when they finally cleaned the room after 7 pm they didn’t even clean the cups or glasses, they made the bed and left!! When we got into the room, nothing electrical was working, we had to move the dresser and the bed and plug in the power bars to get anything working. I’ve travelled to over 100 countries, and stay in hotels several nights a week and this place was not good. Had the price point been $200 or so maybe you’d overlook the problems, but I paid in total over $1100 for 2 nights and it was very disappointing. Oh and their shuttle service to downtown does you no good, it’s always full.

The resort itself stood out so beautiful!

This was a well located, beautiful property. All of the staff was super nice and helpful. We had a toilet that kept running that was a minor inconvenience My husband thinks it's in need to new parts. The breakfast was great and the courtyard was very nice. Thank you!

Amazing place. Really beautiful property and staff incredibly helpful and nice. Loved the breakfast and happy hour every day. Only slight note would be the Wi-Fi is a bit spotty.

Cottage 15 was a 2 queen bd deluxe. Sofa bed. Front porch , back deck, very roomy, living area, bathroom, bedroom , long kitchen, do ning area, LG walk in closet and another bedroom. Near beaches. beach pass on key. Near Niantic boardwalk, casinos, Rocky neck state park. Very Clean.
