The place was totally shut down. There is a scam going on with this hotel. And I will be reporting it.

It’s old and outdated. It smells horrible. They don’t provide shower gel or lotion, only a tiny packet of shampoo and 1 tiny bar of soap for the sink. The beds are like sleeping on a cardboard box. The office and dining area is not clean and they have multi-use gallon sized containers of milk and fake orange juice. The office attendant doesn’t speak clear English. Stairs are old and even have to be used to access rooms on the first floor. Appliances are from the 80’s. Room door opens to the outside and bugs come in. Sheets are scratchy.

Couldn’t ask for better host. Both were friendly and attentive, but gave enough space to let you enjoy your time. Breakfast was amazing and arrived at the time it was requested. Enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the atmosphere of the pine trees and squirrels chasing each other. We will definitely be back and if considering a place to stay in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, I would highly recommend it.

Stephen and his staff do a great job! This was our second year staying with them. The breakfast is outstanding. Please consider staying if you are in Eureka Springs
