Carpet throughout the hotel could used a really good cleaning or changed. One of the beds in our room had a massive stain down the side. Probably should be tossed or professionally cleaned. Elevator feels like it might be on its last leg, but it got us up and down. Breakfast was good with a good amount of options. We didn’t use the pool, hot tub was taped off and couldn’t be used. I was disappointed about that.

The ONLY bad thing about this trip was the traffic. The place is growing so that’s just part of it. The room was excellent! Checking in and out is the way every hotel/Inn should be. Highly recommended!!

Staff was good. We arrived and they showed us booked for 2 different times. i had to call Expedia who stated that I only had the one reservation and that they would call the hotel. It was eventually fixed. The price of the hotel was ok for our weekdays, however the weekend was double because the Razorbacks were playing. I don't believe the hotel should be able to raise the rates just because an event.

This property is beautiful. I loved coffee being delivered daily in a Stanley camping thermos. The cleaning crew had to asked several times to clean the room and one of the staff members was incredibly rude. When I tried to talk to a front desk member they replied they will get it when they get to it. There were no towels to use by the pool and no one in office to tell. Housekeeping is quite lacking here.

Everything was good except the A.C. wasn't working in the living area. That took away from total comfort.

If you are going to be staying in the Bentonville area; I would highly recommend you stay here. They treat you like family. It was wonderful! The staff are amazing!
