The kitchenette desperately needs renovation.

I let me started by saying to is was my first time in Atlantic City and I’m very very displeased and disappointed with the Harrahs hotel first let me say booking wasn’t a problem but once you got there it was fine now got my room walk smell like dumb I couldn’t bare the smell and my friends room was the same went back down stairs explain the supervisor she hurry gave me a room in a hurry I was wondering why but went to the next room and it was worse that the first dirty bed wasn’t made and the room wasn’t clean at all stuff all over the bathroom so I recorded it and went back down stairs only to find out the supervisor left for the night spoke a next supervisor she was really nice and understanding change the room I got to it it was better but the bathroom shower smell bad like Sewage but I had give up and stay there cause I had a long day from flights and drive next thing pool staff was very disrespectful me and my friends went to the pool instead of talking to us nice saying hey you can’t sit here it’s for certain members only started being disrespectful out the gate and I didn’t appreciate it at all I don’t know if I would ever stay there again plus u would refer anyone I know here at all for me to spend almost 1000 for 3 nights this was a lot to deal with

It is very neglected; it needs a bit more maintenance.
