I stayed at this hotel for five days and had a mixed experience. The location is one of its biggest strengths. It's within walking distance of many tourist attractions, the beach, and plenty of family-friendly activities, making it very convenient if you don't want to drive everywhere. The hotel itself is nice, and I especially enjoyed the pool. Unfortunately, the room service and housekeeping were major disappointments. On one occasion, I requested two bottles of water and a soda, and it took nearly three hours for them to arrive. Housekeeping was also extremely slow. Fresh towels often weren't delivered until 3:00 or 4:00 PM, and on several days I had to go get towels myself. The housekeeping issues seemed to affect many guests, as it became common to see trash bags left outside room doors because they weren't being collected promptly. The food and drinks were also on the expensive side, but that's fairly typical for a hotel of this caliber. Overall, the hotel has an excellent location and nice amenities, but the slow housekeeping and room service significantly took away from what could have been a much better stay.
