We spent two nights at both ends of our world cruise out of Southampton. Staff were friendly and exceptionally efficient at time of booking in, and very helpful in organizing a taxi to take us to the airport when departing. I couldn't fault this accommodation. Definitely value for money.

I've stayed here a lot. I really like the location and the view. But the hotel is well overdue for a revamp. Most of the room furniture is badly worn and/or falling apart. The in room facilities are near non-existent - instant coffee as the only option, seriously? Not even a notepad and pen these days.
