Disappointed stay
Room was too cold, they do not pump hot water in the Chiller system so the AC simply blows cold air. Also terrible smell from toilet room, and uncomfortable toilet seat, too small with the add on of the washer on the seat..

Not good, not terrible.
This stay was just one night. It was just ok, but you can expect more from a 4* property. Supposedly clean rooms, however when you look more thoroughly you'd see a lot of dirtiness (air con was plagued with fungus and full of dust, same goes with lamp tops in the rooms and bathroom).
