Waverly Vacation Packages

No workspace or even a chair and lighting was tough to figure out but it was clean and quiet

The location is very central downtown. If you want to party its great as next door to Coyote Ugly. The rooftop bar is nice and staff couldnt be friendlier. It was good for travellers to have access to a laundry. However our room was windowless and we would have liked to have been told in advance and have the option to refuse. The hotel does itself a disservice by calling itself luxury as it is not.

Great location next to Vanderbilt University. Very friendly staff and wonderful coffee bar in their lobby.

Great everything

This place was very nice and very close to broadway like literally no more than a 10min drive The check in part was complicated I had to call to get my keys to the unit because the instructions were never sent The lady walked me through the steps and I appreciate that but she told me to pay for parking and I told her I thought parking was included she stated no and I need to pay but once I arrived to the unit I saw a parking pass for my vehicle I was so angry because I already paid for the parking which was 31$ a night But other than that the place was very nice and clean

This was a great little apartment! About a 10 minute walk from Broadway. I highly recommend the SoBro Guest House! Our flight back home got canceled 2 days in a row and they let us stay and were very friendly, professional and accomadating! A+++

The apartment was about a 20 minute walk to Broadway but nothing was super close by. The property felt safe and secure and in a good area. The apartment was nice, but somethings were kinda falling apart. The secondary bedrooms bathroom door was loose at the hinges and the door was somewhat difficult to operate. The balcony has turf on the floor it was ripped up in spots and the cushions on the chairs were falling apart. One of the chairs in the living room also had a large stain on the cushion and we found gum sticking out from the bottom of one of the coffee tables. Overall our stay was good and it was just these few minor issues. I would recommend this stay for the price we paid.
