Nice hotel. Pool was warm, breakfast changed everyday. First morning we weren't able to get breakfast because of the staff being hungover. Management fixed the issue and all other mornings were great!

Staff was nice but the over all hotel is run down and out dated. The furniture and curtains smelled so bad of smoke it made our eyes watery and itchy. The shower didn’t work properly. Most of the water came out the faucet instead of the shower head. And the ac could not cool the room down.

Very nice hotel, staff was nice and helpful.

Everything was great.

I was dissatisfied with the service. I was booked for five days but didn't need all the days. I understand I booked through a third party expidia. I still feel like the hotel is not returning communication from expidia when they reach out. The young lady athe front desk wouldn't even give me any kid of documentation that I checked out. We had a fire evacuation in the middle of the night we waited outside for two hours, the next morning I asked if I could check out late the same young lady told me that they don't allow late check out. I didn't feel like they had good customer service in general.

We love stopping at this hotel and are completely satisfied. One thing I like to point out is that an extra chair or sofa chair would be nice to have in the room.
