Overnight Stay in Downtown Warsaw

When it comes to customer service, WOW! They really make sure their guests are taken care of. I originally had a two night stay booked but got held up in Lublin. A Polish friend of mine contacted the hotel, spoke with someone and they kindly said no problem, just to let them know when I would be arriving. On my day of check in, I contacted Wojtek to let him know my train had mechanical issues and I was running late. He said no problem. Then once I did get to Warsaw there was an accident near the train station, so I contacted him again to let him know I would be even later, and once again, he said no problem. When I did arrive I greeted a young man that was friendly, happy to see me, and checked me in with all smiles. I can’t say enough about how professional and friendly the staff are and how clean and excellent this place was to stay while in Warsaw! The location is also great being in downtown Warsaw!

Overall very good and clean place. Great location. The only downside; no loading/ unloading right by the entrance. Need to walk around the corner to meet your transport. No luggage storage if you arrive early. The instructions mention luggage storage at Central Train Station but it’s been closed.
